You can stick your head in a full bucket of water, the volume of which is known, then measure how much is displaced over the edge. That will give you the volume of your head, from which you can find the mass using the equation:

m = ρV

where:

m is the mass, ρ is the density, V is the volume.

The density of the average human body is1.01 g/cm³.

Be careful sticking your head in water, okay? :D

Cutting it off also works - easy to get on the scales - just be careful sewing it back on, I managed to join my shirt to my ear ... Not the height of fashion as you can imagine.
